Nexuz is operated by Techscending LLC. By downloading the app or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Nexuz helps you keep track of people you meet at events. Attendee use is free. Organizer features are paid.

Contacts you capture stay on your device and in your iOS Contacts. We do not have a copy and cannot retrieve them for you.

Impact reports reflect what attendees recorded in the app, not total event attendance. Organizers never receive attendee contact data.

Nexuz is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
